It is impossible to get anything close to a surgical result from topical products alone. They can make wild claims because the worst thing that someone will do is ask for their money back which is extremely rare. The vast majority of these creams and lotions are NOT regulated by the FDA; therefore, virtually no one is holding these companies to an ethical standard. It is all just marketing hype.
